Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at chrishandmadestore1@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: ChrisHandmadestore, Nijvelsesteenweg 666, 1500 Halle, Belgium.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care products. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU Legal Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. You can exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account or by contacting us directly. After exercising the right of withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if you haven't received a refund after 15 business days.
